🔄 Returns

We do not accept returns on opened or used products due to hygiene reasons.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • Product is unused & unopened

  • Request is made within 3 days of delivery

💸 Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong item

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide clear images/videos

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa.

🚫 Non-Refundable Cases

  • Used or opened products

  • Change of mind

  • Minor packaging damage
